In 1936, Mr. Han Yongming (father of Han Guoping, the founder of Jiangsu Sanxiao Group) went to No. 34 Mishi Street, Wuhu City, Anhui Province to open a toothbrush workshop, producing "Youth" and "Wansui" brand bone-handled boar bristle toothbrushes.

In 1974, 21-year-old Mr. Han Guoping left his hometown and went to Beiguan Township, Minquan County, Henan Province to establish Dingzhuang Toothbrush Factory.

In 1975, Zhangjunmu Toothbrush Factory was established in Zhangjunmu Township, Lankao County, Henan Province.

On March 1, 1989, Mr. Han Guoping returned to his hometown and contracted the Hangji Daily Chemical Factory which was on the verge of bankruptcy. He established the Daqiao Toothbrush Factory in Hanjiang County and later upgraded it to the Daqiao Toothbrush Factory in Yangzhou City.

On June 9, 1992, Yangzhou Daqiao Toothbrush Factory and Hong Kong Dawei International Co., Ltd. jointly established Yangzhou Weilda Toothbrush Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Sanxiao Group Co., Ltd. was registered in 1996 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.
From here, "Sanxiao" toothbrushes gradually opened up domestic and foreign markets, and their products were exported to 56 countries and regions around the world.

On April 28, 2000, Sanxiao Group and American Colgate-Palmolive Company joined forces and formally signed a joint venture agreement. On July 1 of the same year, Colgate Sanxiao Co., Ltd. was listed and operated.

On December 10, 2010, the China Daily Sundry Products Association awarded the family of Chairman Han Guoping the honorary title of "Toothbrush Family".

Toothbrush products have been successfully exported to dozens of countries and regions including East Asia, West Asia, North Africa, the European Union, and North America.

In 2023, in response to the country's call for intelligent transformation and digital transformation, the group invested 1 billion yuan to build a green smart factory project, and built a new 120,000 square meter intelligent factory area to form a standard intelligent production base mainly engaged in the manufacture of toothbrushes and other oral products.
